Our "Autumn/Winter Market" was very good, and the SPRING market is upon us (our spring market usually takes off in late January or February). In many areas we are low on inventory, so we expect upward pressure on prices. In other areas there is still adequate inventory with a balance of Buyers and Sellers expected as the season progresses. The higher end - over a million - has been slow relative to the low and mid-ranges. In general, the 'bottom' was reached over two years ago.<br>

Tip O'Neill said, "All politics is local". I say "All Real Estate is very local". Market news for one area may not be correct for another. So whether you are selling or buying, get in touch for SPECIFICS on neighborhoods of interest to you.
